Diadora ATHENA TEXT LOW S1PL FO SR ESD women’s safety shoe

With the Athena model, security can be feminine. The Utility family expands with a new line of safety footwear designed according to the ergonomics of the female foot, adapted to the needs of female workers in terms of comfort, fit and lightness.

An innovative project developed at Diadora’s research center aims to improve the well-being of professional women. The shape and lacing of the shoes are specially designed to fit and support the woman’s foot in complete safety.

The Athena LOW S1PL FO SR ESD low safety shoe from the Diadora Utility line is made of suede cowhide, full-grain cowhide leather and polyester fabric. The shoe has a three-dimensional polyester lining with an anti-slip microfiber insert that ensures maximum comfort thanks to the breathability and softness of the lining.

The 200 J resistant aluminium protective cap provides reliable protection against shocks and compressions, while the non-metallic K-SOLE insert protects against punctures.

The double removable sole made of polyurethane and polyester foam, designed according to the anatomy of the female foot, provides additional support with an increase in the heel area and improved protection of the forefoot.

The D-light expanded polyurethane midsole provides cushioning and comfort, while the compact polyurethane tread with anti-abrasive, SR and FO technology ensures adequate slip resistance in working conditions and resistance to hydrocarbons. The ESD certification of the Athena LOW S1PL FO SR ESD guarantees the dissipation of electrostatic charges even in sensitive environments with electronic devices.
