1. Possibility of replacement
Replacement of ordered items is possible only if the items have not been used, worn (except for trying on in the case of work clothes and footwear) and the original packaging (boxes, declarations, bags, labels) has been preserved.

For work shoes or clothing orders, you are free to try on the products once they arrive at your address, just as you would in a physical store. If the model matches but the size doesn’t fit you, you can make an exchange.

Exchange is not possible for hygiene products (such as respirators and breathing masks), as their value decreases once the packaging is opened.

2. Replacement process
If you are eligible for a product exchange, the process is as follows:

  1. Fill out the item exchange form below this text.
  2. Pack the product and send it to the following address: Treskavička 2c, 10040 Zagreb, Horvat Safety doo, using the courier service of your choice. If you are nearby, you can return it directly to our warehouse at the same address.

Once we receive your shipment, we will check the condition of the items (that they have not been worn) and whether they are in the original condition in which they were sent. If the conditions are met, we will immediately send a new size or replacement item to your address (if the item is available in stock). If the product needs to be ordered or is awaiting re-availability, we will notify you via the email you provided in the form.

Important notice: If you send items that do not meet the conditions for exchange (e.g. worn clothing or shoes), unfortunately we will not be able to make an exchange. The products will be sent back to your address at your expense, with prior notice.

3. Replacement cost (transportation/postage)
The cost of the replacement, whether successful or unsuccessful, is borne by the buyer. The cost of shipping to our address depends on the courier service you choose. The cost of shipping the replacement product to your address, once the replacement has been approved, is €5.00 including VAT.
